Return and Exchange Policy - MeCraft

At MeCraft, we value your satisfaction and want you to have a delightful shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, the fit or condition of a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have crafted a straightforward and customer-friendly return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns

We accept returns for two specific reasons:

1. Sizing Issue: If you receive a product that does not fit you properly, we allow returns for the purpose of exchanging it with the right size. Please make sure to check our size guide before making a purchase to minimize the chances of a sizing issue.

2. Wear and Tear: If your product arrives with any noticeable damage or wear and tear, we will gladly accept a return and provide you with a replacement.

Conditions for Returns:

1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.

2. The return request should be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer support team at support@mecraft.in  and provide the order details and reason for the return.

4. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or arrange for a pickup, depending on your location.

5. After receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your exchange within 5-10 business days.  

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your product if you encounter a sizing issue. Here's how the exchange process works:

1. Initiate an exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery by contacting our customer support team at support@mecaft.in

2. We will guide you through the exchange process and check the availability of the desired size.

3. Once the exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or arrange for a pickup, depending on your location.

4. After receiving the product to be exchanged and verifying its condition, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new size within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Undergarments and intimate apparel
- Earrings and other jewellery items

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@mecraft.in . We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
